No. tvzon.shop is a separate seller with its own prices in Canadian dollars, its own order form and its own support inbox, support@tvzon.shop. If you ordered on tvzoniptv.ca or another TVZon-named site, that site handles your account and renewals; we can only help with orders placed here.
No. Credit panels are a reseller product for people who create accounts for others. tvzon.shop sells a viewer subscription: one login with one simultaneous stream, bought for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There are no credits to top up and no sub-accounts to manage.
Our installation guide is written around current players: IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate on Fire TV and Android TV, GSE Smart IPTV or Smarters on iPhone and Apple TV, SS IPTV on LG, MyTVOnline 2 on Formuler and VLC on a computer. Smart STB is not part of that guide. For a MAG box, email support@tvzon.shop with the model and we will send portal details.
CA$35 for 1 month, CA$50 for 3 months, CA$70 for 6 months and CA$95 for 12 months, each covering one device streaming at a time. The 12-month term works out to under CA$8 a month. You pay once per term; there is no automatic renewal.
A standard plan allows one stream at a time. You can install the login on several devices and switch between them, but watching on two screens at once needs a multi-connection plan. Email support@tvzon.shop with the number of screens and we will quote it.
Pick a term and fill in the order form. Payment instructions come by email rather than through an on-site cart, and once payment is confirmed your Xtream Codes or M3U details usually arrive within an hour, sometimes longer at night or on weekends. If nothing shows up after two hours, check your spam folder, then reply to the order email.
